What to include in your email
Your email should include a detailed outline of the potential claim, as this helps us assess how we may be able to assist you. You should include a chronology of events, the nature of your complaint and any relevant attachments. All Information you submit is confidential
After your enquiry is received, a practitioner will contact you, and you may be asked follow-up questions, which should also be answered by email. Depending on the nature of your matter, you may be invited to book a conference, which will be conducted via video link. If you have any documents for us to review, we recommend booking a conference.
